Newbie here... I know, paranoia..... I sent 80 bucks through my CC to a company that starts with an "O" and 2 more words in it's title - no idea where they are located - stupid me..... The URL is completely different from the name and starts with an "S". The web site has a mountain, sky, and a lone tree as a graphic on it...... Anyway ordered on the 30th of may and nothing since.... won't answer any emails, one of their emails is shut down, the other works but never a response from it.... charged my card the next day and got a shipped notice in an email too, but nothing since. The web site seems to be updated every now and then with new stuff announced for July, If anyone knows the site I'm talking about, Is this a scam and I've thrown my $$$ to the wind? Also, been reading the threads and found a company in china that starts with a "B" along with another word, they say their CC is not working and to use paypal..... at least they answered email.... Is this the same "B" that people are saying cut their chems? If so, along with the PayPal thingy, would I be tossing my $ away here too? Never tried to - or even had to - search the web for mind expanders or even tried to find RC's except for the originals, x, mdma, lsd, shrooms, and whatever the kids calls rolls now ( who knows what they REALLY were) and they always found me......... Anyway, thought I ordered in time for a Phil & friends show - but I'm getting pretty skeptical I'll find any nice surpises in the mailbox..... Any words of wisdom from anyone? thanks. ~m~ p.s. love the old pics of jerry scattered through the threads. I miss him so much. But phil and friend should still be a long strange trip back in time...
I did check there for both i have described. The first one was supposed to be really slow but still getting delivered then people posting about not receiving anything lately. The "B" site was supposed to be good, but the last post about it was amost 2 years old.... Wish I had checked there before sending my $ away but didn't find out about it until I found this board...
I think what's happened with this vendor is that their supply of product is exhausted, but hey! the orders are still comin' in and they're so addicted to the "dead president blotter" that they have become thieves...though what rationalizations they use to keep pushing that word into the back of their minds is anyone's guess. I will say this: the vendor site is hosted by an electronica composer/producer/record label (in addition to all the flaky UFO stuff), and it wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility to send him/them details of the ripoffs in the hope that he/they would do the right thing and straighten this out. But then again, it's probable that the proceeds are funding the music habit in which case i guess we just gotta take it on the chin.... As Robert Deniro said in Heat, "Let it bleed!"
the other site has turned into ufo city with no links ( that I could see through the clutter) to the original. Sure would be nice to find a surprise from them in the mailbox one day, but not holding my breath......

Actually, the chinaman is on the money. It's the flying saucers that are f**king up....maybe it's "War of the Worlds" syndrome.
