Is this legal??? I have been working on a website now that will offer 1000's of everykind of pipe,bong, hooka, etc...etc...thats not the point I am not here to promote it. I am selling them as "tobacco use only but the website name has weed in it....will i get in trouble u think?? I can always change the name...
I think those who enforce the non-use of marijuana smoking items will see past your "For tobacco use only" if your website is www.weedbongs.com or something of the like. Do not mention weed and your safe. I think you can say herbal blends, or all your favorite herbs but just dont mention the worlds most misunderstood plant.
Just stick with the use of "tobacco use only". Don't mention any other use except for tobacco. Also, don't use the words "bong" or "hooka". Just use the word "water pipe".
Listen to the advice here--don't use terms like "weed" (I'ld not use weedman),bong, hookah. etc. When you get the site established , please put the website address on this site. Good luck ! Steve
As a vendor, I am outraged that I had to choose between carrying marijuana activism and education materials, and carrying glass, and that in order to carry glass I would have had to pretend to support the tobacco industry.
Would it help your outrage if, in addition to the glass, you also carried a line of quiting (tobacco) smoking aids?
No, because most of those are manufactured by companies owned by the very corporations push tobacco & get people addicted in the first place.
