help with plant

    hey guys just recently i stumbled on what looks like a marijuana plant at a jobsite, its about 3 inches tall and has only grown 3/5 leafs. It looks healthy but what is confusing me is i dont know if it for sure a marijuana plant. If you take a big enough wiff it smells like one but do they start out with 3 leafs firsT?

    No they start with one leaf blade going up by two each new set. So they go 1,3,5,7,9,11.
