can anyone recommend a really good multi-vitamin? I know a lot of brands use ingredients not listed on the label as fillers and what not that aren't so desirable, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any that use as little as possible?

The Vitamin Shoppe makes a really great multi-vitamin... I believe it's called "From the Earth," but make sure the read the labels because certain forms of it have gelatin (only the capsules, I believe).
