probalby has something to do with the stress. but last night i made this AWESOME chorizo stew. cheap cheap cheap. just dug through my pantry and came out with a bumcha stuff and threw it in the pot where i browned the chorizo and onion and threw whatever seasonings in it that smelled good. damn, i'm getting good at this.
gonna make a pot roast tonight. or maybe some country style pork ribs, braised in the oven with barbeque sauce and maple syrup. YUMMY. i love cheap food.
Do you have a grill? My advice is to go ahead and put the ribs in the sauce now and let 'em sit. Then give 'em about three hours in the oven covered on 250 for a few hours. Then take 'em out and throw 'em on the grill for a second. They'll be really soft but they'll have that nice grilled flavor. Soup sounds awesome KC. Sorry you're feeling stressed.
I need to go back OTR and make your house a stop off place. (HCM says to her hubby "No he is just here for the food") LOL
I'm making tofurky sausages (and no male jokes here...over played), with grilled tomatoes and peppers and onions with provolone on top over a bed of chopped angel hair cooked with olive oil and chapped garlic and a little bit of shredded fontina and asiago. I went to an italian cooking class the other week this is the first dish I am trying out from it yay me I love soy chirizo KC
it is looking yummy I put it all together and am baking it now with the cheese on top. On the right is tofurky (my side because I am always right) and on the left is chicken sausage (my mom hates tofurky).
