did anyone get a stuffy nose while thy were preggo? my nose is so stuffy and there are no boogies!! it drives me nuts, same thing happened when i was pregnant with skylie. as a matter of fact, i was blowing my nose and laughing at my husband when my water broke...
yeah, mine did that, too. It drove me insane the higher levels of estrogen when your're pregnant can contribute to swelling in the mucous membranes lining the nose. it sometimes can cause you to make more mucus. the amount of blood in your body increases and your blood vessels expand during pregnancy, which can lead to swollen nasal membranes.
through out my entire pregnancy my nose was stuffy i couldnt breathe through my nose so once or twice a day i would go in the bathroom and let it steam up and that would clear my nose up for a bit also i would put something mentholy under the hot water to give off the vapors.
lol ^^^ that is if you want to take on the task of manouvering yourself through the whole ordeal hippyfreek-it's kIRsten BTW LOL, I always HAVE to correct everyone when that happens!
