Busted big time..

So me and 3 friends were in my friend nick's car chilling in the back of a parking lot kinda by these apartments. We had smoked earlier, and did a line of coke. We had about 50$ in coke, and a quarter of weed all together. About an hour has passed since we smoked, no smell or anything is left, so I had a CD case on my lap with a bunch of weed on it that I was breaking up, ready to roll a joint. Just as I was gonna roll it, bam.. a cop rolls up. Immediatly I throw all the shit in the center council (It was my first instinct since I was panicing).

The cop comes up to the drivers side window and starts talking to my friend, and he was being a huge dick to him. We claimed we were just playing hackey sack in the parking lot, respectivly. But he didnt buy that... he was swearing at us "bullshit" this, "bullshit" that. Then out of no where, he grabbed Nick out of the car and put him in cuffs and put him in the pig car. Then he starts searching (illegally). There was no point in saying that it was an illegal search and seizure since these township police dont give a shit. My friends in the back seat hid the coke in the cushion of the seat, so they never found that.

They found my pipe, and my stash bag (which had ligthers, papers, etc)... so now I dont have anything. I gotta rebuild my stash... damn. But Im not charged with anything yet, so I just gotta wait and see what happens. It sucks man.

 

what i dick i hate dick cops some cops are nice and just do there job but some are just huge fucking dicks i yelled my friends name when he drove by to get his attention then a fucking cop talking to his boss goes "ACT LIKE A HUMAN BEING " and then i told him yellings not illegal and he just looked at me then my friend picked us up and i waved at him then he fucking pulled us over and tryed to rip up my fucking friends driver liscence but it was kinda hard to rip up i guess and he justyelled i seriously wouldnt have cared if he fell ina hole full of sharp glass and stayed there for a few days HES A DICK

That really sucks dude. Good thing they didn't find the coke though you'd be pretty fucked if they did. Good luck rebuilding and minimizing the amount of trouble you get into man.

Just tell the judge (or try to, some judges are asses too) that it was an illegal search. If the judge is nice he should throw it out.

haha i agree, yea it sucks during and the consequences, but if your so serious all the time, then it'll really fuck you up. You gotta know how to just tell yourself, fuck it.

it isn't illegal unless one of them specifically said that they did not consent to a warrentless search, which sirtokesalot said he didn't do. sirtokesalot, you should always tell the cop that you don't consent to any warrentless search, because the point is not always to stop him from searching, but rather to supress the evidence later on in court if the officer searches anyway.

I've toked in my car, driven around with the windows down come back a few hours later and the smell is still there. There's a lingering roach kinda stink that just doesn't go away very easily. Maybe your noses were just aclimitized. Dollars to donughts (haha donughts, get it?) the cop could probably smell what you couldn't.

 

x2, scary shit at the time, but hilarious later
