Great question, thx. Large labia are important, there should be a way to spot them without actually seeing them. Sadly, I think, just like with penises, there is no correlation with any other body part. The only link I see is that between the entire body stature and the flaps. If you put 100 girls on a line, then picking the skinniest gives you the highest chance of finding large labia minora. No science though, just talking from searching for them. It's the same as with big cocks and skinny versus fat guys.
Actually, there wasn't an answer that applied to me, so I picked slender facial lips and plump lower lips. my facial lips are a little plump, not really slender.
I have seen a correlation with mouth size somewhat. Also, I've seen a correlation with lip size. I have seen these correlations questioned in magazines and on websites. This poll is a neat idea, but unfortunately I doubt that you will get accurate answers. Meaning plump, comparing to who? How many other vaginas have these women seen, and what do they consider "large lips"? That is a large variable in a poll like this. The results will be interesting, nonetheless.
