Actually, you CAN get physically sick, as in sort of like the chest pains and stomach pains and so on. I've experienced them myself, and I'm positive I'm not the only one out there.
i thought you meant you havent been in love so long, you wanted to fall in love again so badly (my case lol). But yes, it is very possible to feel sick when you are without your loved one. Or if u have done something terrible to them or vice versa. I remember my old gf was feeling sick and was throwing up for a good part of a day after she broke up w/me. But i dont know why she felt so bad, she was the one who fucking ended it lol Have a good one
I very much agree.. If you're truly in love with someone and that person is no longer in your life then yes you can become physically sick..
I agree with alternative and orgazmik. Although I'm not a doctor I did watch Scrubs the other night. Its totally possible to be have physical pains from being both in love and from losing someone. The heart pains, nausea, nerves, shakes, stomach cramps, everything, they can all be caused by love. It sux but what can you do.
Yeah, but on the bright side, I've lost 35 pounds in the last two months! Appetite? What appetite? I'm running 22 hours a day on caffeine, nicotine, adrenaline, and corticosteroids! I don't even have a gut anymore! WOO-HOO! And my skin snapped back! It doesn't fit me like socks on a rooster! YEE-HAW! There's a thread up in Love and Sex called "Anyone try to lose weight with fucking?" I said up there, and I'll stand by it, fucking is a great way to burn calories. But divorce... THAT'S the ticket! If you really want to lose weight, ask your spouse to dump you! If they really, really love you, they will.
Yeah I believe you can. I don't know about throwing up (not from my experience at any rate) but definitely not eating etc due to stress, anxiety etc.
Oh yeah I hear ya there - coffee, cigarettes, trying to keep yourself shut down from the real world and all on 3 hours sleep a day.
I got physically sick from my trauma with Mr. Poet. Like August, I lost my appetite for food (right now, I literally get sick when I eat ... but for a time I literally had no hunger), and sometimes feel dizzy, weak, nauseous, or all of the above. Psychosomatic disorders are real. The mind controls the body far more than we give it credit.
