when ever you have a crush on someone or love someone almost the first thing you notice is how pretty their eyes are? or is that just me?
yup just you. ok not JUST you. just another one of those querks of a culture that happens to historical accidents and dice rolls to have become dominant. do a person's eyes really tell you what they are thinking? not really. but they do sometimes tell you, the muscle tension arround the eye sockets, degree of dilation, that sort of thing, subtle details that you don't consciously credit, when what they are saying isn't what they are thinking or sometimes how the actualy feel about whatever it is they are actualy thinking. which may or may not be in any way related to ANY thing they happen to be saying =^^= .../\...
Yeah, that's true. The eyes say a lot. Much more than words, most times. Just wondering - what can you take from the dilation? I usually find that if I am excited about something, my eyes tend to dilate. Do you find that to be the case?
Oh man...I love the eyes...I remember my ex's eyes, I would just stare at them forever, just fall into them. Amazing really. *sigh*
Very true ... that's the first thing that attracted me to my husband, his eyes... they're quite trippy, they dramatically change from very blue to very green to very gray, it's bizarre. Oh, and Cillian Murphy too, dreamy blue eyes... something about me liking Irish boys with blue eyes... sexy...
the absolute truth of it. the eyes, if you look closely enough, tell you about a person and who they really are.
hmm not sure about that. i wasnt wrapped up in my last exes eyes... but the man im with now has the most captivating eyes ive ever come across. i think it just depends... like everything else
my mom told me when i was little that if a guy can say without looking and without hesitation, what color your eyes are, he's in love with you.
It's so true, too! The only guy who's ever truly been absolutely in love with me knew right away. I decided to throw him for a curve within the first few days we were dating and asked him online what color my eyes were. Immediately after I asked, he replied, "Green, they're beautiful. It's the only color I can see." (He's colorblind) I knew he was something special at that moment. We've been together a year now and it's great. His eyes are absolutely gorgeous to me, too. You can really see love in someone's eyes and he's absolutely head over heels for me. It makes me happy, hehe. And now that he's gone back to work (after 6 months of unemployment), he's so happy when he comes home and sees me. His eyes go immediately from fatigued to bright and happy when he kisses me. I love him so much. Hehe.
I've described my boyfriend as a "tall man with kelidoscope eyes". His eyes are multi-colored. Shades of green and hazel and grey and brown. They're beautiful. He loves mine, too. They're bright blue with flecks of silver. And it's natural, not contacts. (I wear contacts, but they're clear.)
its true, i keep all my ex-lover's eyes, and an assortment of other people's eyes in a box under my bed. i look at them for ages, but after a while they do go moldy.
