Totally fuckin disillusioned (I'm new here btw)

Hi all,

I'm new here, glad I found this place, I've been readin a good few of the forums and I can safely say I'll be a regular here from now on.
I'm totally disillusioned with life at the moment, I work for a bank in a boring 9-5 job. It's not that I particularly hate my job (although it's not exactly exciting), I just don't know where my life is going. It'd be great if I could say well I want this outa life or wanna do this etc etc, but I don't even know that. It's starting to wreck my head..........anyone have any advice at all.

lol cheers, I'm presuming I probably won't be Mr. Popular round here due to the fact that I work in a bank, bet hey as much as I don't agree with the way they are run and what they stand for unfortunately in this day and age one needs money and they do pay my wages.

i could care less if you work at a bank. i was just talking with a friend about batman and i read that you work at a bank, so i just substituted bank for bat and i came up with "bank man".

i dunno, i thought it was pretty funny.

Banks are cool. The ones here give dogs free biscuits and kids free lollypops. Working in a bank isnt that bad of a job, im guessing you get paid well and dont have to do much. You always have the chance of being in a hold up, im sure that would make your job exciting.

 

Don't be too hard on yourself. I'm over 50 and still don't know what I want to do with my life.

 

I don't work in a branch, I work in a business unit, I don't deal with the public directly.

yah most of the jobs i have had have been dealing with the public and i absolutly hated it most of the time...

im currently TRYING to find a job that is a bit different...
