Never heard of that before. The only Gracia/Grisman i have heard was in the film Grateful Dawg.

That reminds me of a great Smilefest story. At Smilefest 2001, the original plan was for the kids to design their own bug costumes and parade thru the festival grounds to the stage. After that they were accompanied onstage by a copuple of friends of mine to sing "There Ain't No Bugs On Me" and lo and behold who happened to venture on stage to much surprise to play along was David Grisman. Afterward the David Grisman Quintet played one of the best Smilefest sets ever.

There are a few Garcia / Grisman CD's - The Pizza Tapes, Old and in the Way, Shady Grove and That High Lonesome Sound. There might be a couple of others.

I agree- great album. I love the version of "Arkansas Traveler". Brings a great big smile to my face everytime I hear it and I can't help but giggle.

The Pizza tapes will always be a classic though. One of the best bluegrass albums ever I think.

They sure were a great duo weren't they!
