So me and a few friends were spending an entire day blazing and through a turn of events one of my friends had to leave prematurely. We all decided to stand on the corner and wait for her ride together. We were just standing there, shooting the shit and smoking. I start to notice that a cop car keeps going by a couple streets down. I start to freak out cuz I've got shit on me. After I've let everyone know what's going on, I'm too late. The cop comes rolling up and asks if anyone here is 18. I raised my hand and said that I was. After a minute or so, my friend is giving the cop his name, address and telephone number so the cops can call his dad abotu underage smoking. I'm still standing on the corner of the street and I'm shaking and doing my best not to look nervous. Another cop rolls up and recognizes one of my other friends. it's the same cop that busted my friend before so he asks if he can search him. my friend consents and the officer finds nothing (he left all his stuff in my apartment). After the search, the cop looks me up and down and just shakes his head and gets back in his car. I was sweating huge balls through that entire encounter. I dryed off with a towel when we got back to my apartment.
ye u got lucky- although i dont think it woulda been anything too serious if they did serach u- prob like a phone call home or sumting. i would advise to not smoke around corners tho lol, find a cool place, where u can see all around, and has more than 1 exits- incase theire blocked by coppers he he
police are pigs. i have one living two houses away from me, i can't get away with shit, i have to go to a friend's house to do anything my parents wouldn't approve of.
Wow, that REALLY sucks... I give you my condolences.... Damn, dude....... how could anyone get tickets for tobacco?! It's only illegal to buy them if you are a minor... not smoke them... so wtf?
i'm pretty sure it is illegal. well, i suppose it depends on where you live. where i live it's illegal to smoke them or have them on you if you're not 18. a few of my friends have gotten tickets because of it.
Yeah, one of my friends got a ticket for like $200 for one cigarette. I don't hear of it happening too often, though.
holy fuck are you serious?! here you can practically blow all the underage smoking goodness in a cops face and they dont do shit about it... and at the mall cops dont even care if you smoke weed.....but head down the street to downtown.....you get pepper sprayed, thrown up against a wall, and practically hand raped for having a nick on you
fuckin hell, cops doin ya for cigerettes? hahaha... thats hilarious. none of their business. unless yo laws are different from ours in UK. here, u have to be 16 to buy tobacco products. but to use them, it can be any age. get sum1 older to buy them, and smoke 'em in front of a cop, they wouldnt even notice. dont tell me you have laws for underage possesion of... cigerretes?!
cops never come into steak and shakes where im from so my friend and i go there to smoke cigs and get munchies hes seventeen but looks twentyone
hahahha yeeea steak n shake! you can always smoke (well, cigs at least) there because no one cares at all! steak n shake is the underage nicotine lovers safe haven! i actually don't live too far from st. louis, relatively speaking. i mean, i live in iowa, the quad cities area! hurrah! so it's a couple of hours, but i got excited seeing the steak n shake comment AND that you were from st. louis, hehe.
