    Huh? They haven't attacked Syria yet, but there's now less than 48 hours left to the Israeli ultimatum!

    The US is gonna get involved too. The Rebullicans are talking up war and Syria & Iran on the media BIG TIME. They barely mention what Israel is doing. Only that Iran & Syria are responsible for this mess.

    Yup. It's only a matter of hours now...

    Cheer up! We're all here to see the end of of our species, the end of time.

    I wonder if CNN will still air Ted Turner's "end of the world" message that he recorded and insisted be played at the appropriate time... Ted's no longer a part of CNN.

    It always amazes me how much the news agenda differs from country to country, not helped by internet localization.

    On the US TV channels I used to watch it seemed that US was the only country that had an army, and the only country that had troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

    On British TV there is huge criticism of Bush for (amongst other things) his hands off approach with Israel compared to his thinly veiled threats over Iran and Korea, what are the news shows saying there?
