Can this be used recreationally? Someone told me it was possible, but I Googled it, and it's basically a anti-nasea med, but I'm not sure. Just wanted clarification, thanks!
it's been done, and glorified in Texas rap music ("sippin' lean")... ugh. *rolls eyes* cold syrup with codeine/promethazine. the former is of course an opiate, the latter an antihistamine/anticholinergic. drink a lot of it, and you're probably left with a perpetual stupor. It would be like taking an excess of Benadryl or Cogentin.
all phenerghan will do is make you sleepy and lethargic for days-no high. I have a 3 months supply in my cuboard because I would rather put up with the naseau than take phenerghan. Mine is without codeine though
Its ok for what its designed for. I use it to get to sleep that dreaded first night without weed. You will probably feel drowsy the next day... But thats antihistamines for ya!!! If you take a lot (8-10) you will trip out. Don't take too many, its easy to OD on apparrently.... One night I was having a bad time trying to get to sleep and I took 8 over the course of about 2 hours...... Tripped a little bit... it sux, though. Everything seems so real, and no matter what you tell yourself, you will believe its real. Its also a very groggy trip. Kind like being REALLY drunk. When i took it in excess, I had a little pink bee that followed me around, I had a subway train drive through my bedroom several times. I could hear hundreds of people talking (almost like I was in a public place) but everytime I looked around all i could see was my bee friend! Saw snakes etc too... Dont expect to remember much about it, just little snippets of memory here and there..... It also has some nasty physical effects. I could NOT sleep after taking that many ... and I kept needing to shake my body... I didnt have any control over it! I passed out a few hours later and woke crouched up into a ball about 12 hours later feeling like SHIT. I did have some pretty crazy dreams that night too. I know it sounds fun, but trust me its fucked... You will totally regret when it kicks in... Its BAD for you, I wouldnt be suprised if 10 tablets would make a small person OD. Buy some real drugs man...
Very good description. You feel quite groggy with it. I even feel sick when i realise its hitting in. Not that great. Must say i would have loved the bee following me around!!!! As long as it was a mean looking one!! No hallucinations for me. Just sicky feeling and groggy. When the sicky feeling goes, doesn't take too long you do feel relatively mellow.
I took 4 of these a couple of weeks ago. It felt nice. I kept having a nice buzzing sensation in the back of my head.
