Maybe it's because nothing much is going on. Yesterday I got up early as usual then went for my morning 10-mile stroll. However I twisted my ankle slightly running across the 8 lanes of the Weaverville Freeway,and deceided to hitch a ride home. I was picked up by a guy with no face driving a red Day-Glo MOG. He got off at the next off-ramp and a few minutes later he pulled into a deserted field in which there was a saucer-shaped silver spacecraft. I was met by aliens from the planet Optima (not the actual name; to pronouce the actual name correctly you'd need a cleft palate, a forked tounge and 3 livers) who told me telepathically and by drawing with a crayon he was having motor trouble. Even tho I'm not much of a mechanic I gave their warp drive a look=see and notice the problem right away--a clogged lithium filter. I fixed the filter by banging it repeatedly with a rock the size of a small asteroid. Then suddenly I was teleported to within a block of my house. I went home, put on my spandex overalls and smoked a joint as big as a horse's leg. Inotherwords, an average boring day.
