i whole heartedly don't believe there are anymore risks associated with that then with normal intercourse....There is theoreticly a higher chance of contracting a blood virus (like HIV) if you have small abbrasions on the inside of your mouth (canker sores, bleeding gums, that sort of thing)....but you really shouldnt be eating out HIV positive girls anyways. Besides that your not gonna get sick from it, during a menstrual cycle girls only loose about a tablespoon worth of blood over the 5 days or so their bleeding.
