Easy - easy- easy (for the toothbrush ones anyway, never made a spoon bangle).

Go to your local five and dime (or dollar type store) and buy some of the cheap-o looking little kid toothbrushes that are really coloful and cute. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and plop one of the toothbrushes in. Have some tongs handy to poke at the toothbrush. After a min or two it will start to become pliable. When it seems to be very pliable is when you scoop it out of the hot water with the tongs and try to shape it into "C" that is a size that would fit on your wrist. (I usually just wear oven mits and use my hands, but my mother uses two sets of tongs.) Hold the toothbrush in this position until it has cool totally.

After it has cooled you could use some pliars to pull the bristles out, but I always thought they added to the cuteness and left them in. (But if you are going to do thatyou need to make sure that when you shape the brush that the bristles will point out.)

    Love.

spoon bracelet.....also works for butter knives....

    Materials:
old mismatched spoon or butter knife
    mallet

Steps: Pound spoon or blade end with a metal mallet to flatten this surface. Once flattened, use hands, or with the aid of a vice, twist into a circular bracelet.

my grandmother had a spoon bracelet from her youth... ive got one in mine. you know those vice grips? well you stickthe spoon in the grip and tighten it, then bang with a hammer and keep moving the spoon around until you;ve got a C shape..

ALSO, its best not to have the actual spoon on it makes it harder to get on and larger then you need...
