if its going down hill now, its been going down hill for years. but it really hasn't gone down hill... its still the same as its always been, just with different people.

yup, looks exactly like what i'm experiencing, and i'm pretty sure i'm not on one, unless earthlink is itself using something like one on my connection at their end.

more likely someone or some several is accessing from some computer lab at school or from the lan where they work. that has something flakey on it. (probably in an attempt to prevent them from doing so. that or the damd republicans are getting REALLY paranoid this morning)
