favorite band, hands down. i freakin' love american headcharge. every time i see them, they just get better. i've been to hundreds of shows in my life and every headcharge show trumps all others. and i've seen some great ones. the last time i saw them was 2 weeks ago. they played a tribute show for their fallen guitarist, Bryan Ottoson. They opened with someone playing Amazing Grace on the bagpipes. It was so beautiful. They played for just shy of 2 hours and it was amazing. I am seeing them again in December (they are from this area and play here quite often. I guess they are industrial metal, although i don't really get into the whole genre thing. Anyway, if you like stuff like stabbing westward or gravity kills or orgy or whatever, you should check out headcharge. they are a little heavier and a lot more raw-sounding, but martin has the most beautiful singing voice. ok it's 2am and i'm rambling. haha. i'm done.
I was on their tour bus shortly before he died when they opened for mudvayne here. They put on a pretty good show
"loyalty" and "a violent reaction" are two personal favourites. decent band, but it's a shame that they spend so much time doing drugs and not producing new material.
