pink stringy discharge after abortion

okay so my cousin who is living with me had an abortion on saturday, 6 days ago. She came to me and told me about it and i told her to call the clinic she says shell do it tomorrow when they're open.

but in the mean time im worried about her. is this normal? what does it mean? she's also complained of mean abdomen pain.

i searched google but came up with nothing but maybe an incomplete abortion...

edit: she just informed me it was grayish/pinkish

 

i have no experience with this, but I would call my doctor if it was me. i hope she's ok.

 

I had that...it's icky but I think it's fairly normal...sometimes they miss pieces parts.

If she goes to her followup, they'll explain it all.

However, if she developes a fever she needs to go to the ER.
