not skill as in, sewing, cooking etc. more like something about your personality, who you are, that is of much benefit. like if you was an RPG character for example, what would your special ability be? personally i think i have a keen awareness of the minds of others that shows itself in almost everything i do. i think i'm good at reading body language, and also good at deceiving people, e.g. knowing how to fake people in sports. apparently autistic people dont have a theory of mind. i like to think my theory of mind is well developed.

actualy those tangable things, depending on the person, arn't always superficial.
this may also be not a matter of inheirent abilities. there might not be inheirent abilities. what there are instead are inhierent inclinations, interests, sufficient to induce the kind of perciverance at anything, it takes for skills to develop.

i can see tangable shapes and forms and even consiquences of objects and approaces to things when they are still existing only as concepts. and this may not be the first lifetime during which i have been developing that capacity.

but i'm not infallable with it. no one is infallable with anything. not that i have personaly ever observed. perhapse the willingness and ability to accept that is another. perhapse.

there is another problem with this question. is it really something anyone can fairly and honestly judge about themselves?

    =^^=

    Roflmao!

Anyway, I'm a problem solver of sorts. Tell me it's impossible, and I'll try to prove you wrong. I'm stubborn, rebelious, and I love starting fights between two people who don't really think their beliefs through. It's a great way to kill time in a philosophy class.

I do have an interest and decent ability in magick, although I don't like to use it on frivolous things and I'm slowly realizing that most things are frivolous. I think too much about some things to the extent that I don't think at all about other things. It makes me look ditzy sometimes.

I think I'd be a cross-class wizard and rogue. More rogue than wizard[IMG].

I was a CE 8/9 mage/cleric Irda named Werhmach (war machine). I used to case protection from fire (first edition rules) on the party members, go into a small bar and cast fireball (killing everyone inside without harming the party members). It was pretty funny to see the DM figure out a way to keep the story intact when I killed the person who was supposed to tell us what to do (or hire us to do something).

Irdas get an extra spell of the highest casting level in every character class (so I could cast an extra 4th level cleric spell and 3rd level M.U. spell) in addition to their +2 to int, dex, cha (I think it was +2) and their -2 to con. Lol.... That was so fun...

    Mental & moral discipline/fortitude. :)

In D&D 3rd Edition rules, you might call that Wisdom.

I don't tend to take things too seriously, so what would really irritate, depress, or otherwise burden someone doesn't do that for me. Not that I'm never affected by things, but as a tendency I'd say this is a "skill" of mine. I just let the shit roll off me.

I'm also an excellent listener, which is actually a very useful thing.

I figured this guy was going to get roasted for sounding a bit conceited :p

but for me, I get over things pretty quickly, i'm quick-witted (in person), i dont take offense to much anything, i can lie my way out of anything and can manipulate almost just as well (but hardly ever do either :p), i can view things from other peoples' perspectives (it amazes me how many people can not do this), i'm a thinker, i think i usually use logic and reason when confronting things while keeping a very open mind, i'm not afraid of having my viewpoints changed.... after much deep introspection and self psycho analysis i can honestly say that i think i know myself rather well. i may just be crazy, but i dont think most people really know themselves deep down. especially at my age.
    now who sounds conceited
    blah.

Hey Hikaru, have you ever seen the Chick tract "Dark Dungeons"? :D

Ahha. I know what i made was a D&D reference, but the reason I really sais it is because last sunday night a bunch of us got together and played Munchkins which my friend had just bought. I was a Level 9 in both games we played, but both times everyone teamed up against me and then I couldn't defeat all of the monstors they threw at me so I was usually eaten...You seem like the guy who would like Munchkins, I reccommend it.

Ok, seriously this time, I like to think that...well, I really can't think of anythign. I suck :D

Lol are you kidding? I love Munchkin. ^_^ The only set I don't have is Munchkin Fu, and a lot of people at college have it so I never need it. :D

You gotta try Epic Munchkin rules sometime -- it goes to level 20, and once you have 10 levels, every class gets a bonus ability, you print out the abilities on a sheet of paper. :p

    Anyway ...

Nah, can't say that I have, why?
