people here have been saying the weather is not usually like this here either.

rains one day.. hot rain, humid air. then hot and dry and beautiful the next day

then partly cloudy with lightening and thunder.. just odd

    114? are you serious??

the worst it got here was 107, but with added humidity, made it worse.

I heard phoenix had a record temp of around 120..... or close to it.

90degrees(f) and i don't know how high the humidity but it feels like being under polluted water AT 01:01 IN THE A.M.!

that is just 'wrong'! even for down in here in this damd stinking hot valley at roseville california. last time i listened to the news a couple of days ago it was even 80 in TRUCKEE! (the same truckee where it snowed on the 15th of july the year i started kindergarten.

there have been plenty of years with weeks on end of over 100 degree daytime temperatures, but the nightly low not falling below 80, this i've never heard of, and its been like this for i don't know how long, days anyway, maybe weeks, as i'm noctrunal and the city i live in isn't, so it's been a while since i've ventured out other then to check the mail.

all we need is for the power to go off and we'll be dropping like flys.

    that day will come too.

if we don't stop driving cars and using combustion to generate energy. even when we do it's going to take probably more then a decade for things to level off. but if we don't, we're going to end up with a dead airless desert of a world like mars.
