Yeah definitely! I dont know if i would compare it to a marijuana high, but i definitely feel relaxed and kind of stoned after sex.
thats from the endorphins, the body's endogenous opiates, essentially. you get the same feeling from any kind of extended exercise (the infamous "runner's high") but emotions such as love that often play a role in sexual activity can definitely further alter your state of mind..... why not put this as a response in that thread, though?
DUDES!....I thought i was the only person that got that feeling!hahaha yeah.....i was in jail for 2 months....no sex, then like 2 weeks after i got out i got laid,and we were sitting outside in front of my house smoking cigerrettes, like 5 minutes after we finished...and i was like " i feel kinda stoned..."....that shit awesome! cuz i hadn't gotten high on anything since the day i got arressted.
yeh its not stoned its the endorphins, and other things that go on, while youre having sex its sorta like being on speed except its fueled by teh physicalisation instead of a chemical in your brain. all that passionate exertion leads to a calm mind.
i never even noticed until i got outta jail and hadnt smoked for 2 months, or had sex....i was usualy high when having sex before so i never noticed, but ive only ever exspierenced this with one person, and i love her to death, so maybe that had somthing to do with it.
