Black spots on leaves?

    Is this spidermites? I see no movement and no webbing. Just specs that come off. Well some come off with fingernail seem sticky like eggs or droppings?
    Someone help please they are even on new leaves. Plant outdoors in ground.California hot climate. Plant is in veg state. thanks

    have you been using fertilizer on them? brown and black spots are hints of nutrient burns. what is the average temp ur plants are in? try to use just plain water for a couple weeks and it may go away. if not you probably have bugs.
