Over-Fertilizing

I wanted to know what are some symptoms of over-fertilizing.
I added some yesterday and this morning they started to go limp, still green but limp. Any ideas?

Also, edge of leaves are turning a brownish color

and I used 16-16-16

I imagine this is too late, but if it looks like you either stuck fertilizer on plant. Over fertilized, or you fertilized too soon. If you put fert. on leaves and put light on it, it will burn the leaves.
