Could it be irritable Bowel Syndrome ? Try taking Peppermint capsules such as Colpermin for a day before and after, and also take an over the counter Anti-Spasmodic drug (ask your pharmacist). I.B.S. sufferers sometimes have bad cramps and the runs after any form of sexual activity. I get cramps and bloating an hour after cumming, which is common apparently amongst suffers.

After some anal play, I find I'm pretty tender but I've never experienced an incredible amount of pain due to anal sex. I'd advise checking in with a doc. It could be a prob... Good luck, hunny.
Honesty is the best policy. That's what your doctor is there for. He/She's probably heard waaaay worse than this, hun. It would be better to have a few minutes of embarassment now, then find out it's something serious later.
The worst I've ever heard from anal sex is ass hurting I dont get how it could cause anything else to hurt.
LOL I live in the smallest rural town on the face of the earth. The docs around here are NOT SHOCKED BY ANYTHING THEY SEE OR HEAR. Guess us country folks are just too bored to stay out of mischief?!?!?!?!? A doctor has heard it all, seen it all. Just tell him and he may handle it OR refer you out if he has no experience with this. Somewhere on the forum a female poster started a long thread about her very similar symptoms. Maybe you can find it and see what she has to say?
