Getting back to WA after Nationals...

What a freakin trip...you know...

Sorry, I know Im late on this, but I just got back from my travels!!

Anyway,...
I had a blast this year, the site was totally amazing!!! I loved it, it was beautiful and the energy was so unbelievable. The only thing I felt terrible about was that we were thrashing sacred Modoc land. What a bummer. If I would have known, I wouldnt have gone. Oh well...hopefully next time council will do some research. I might go to council next year now that I think of it...

Anyway, my ride back to WA was safe, but a sad one. We stopped in Arcata to check out the scene and look for some friends. We decided to stay at a Super 8 motel. What a fuckin joke. Id have so sweet pictures to post, but my camera was stolen!! They straight busted out my drivers side window!! All my film is gone, and I took some amazing photos...by the way I looked at some on here, great job family! Awesome pictures!

So that was a bummer. Oh well...I just wish they would have left the film. You know? Crap...now Im bummed. But I had a great time!! WoooHOO!!

Yeah Trials...Ive had many life trials in my life. I never thought of the Rainbow as one. But I guess youre right.

 

Aw damn that sucks a lot. That happened to a girl I met here (Arcata) who hitched a ride with me after Rainbow up to Portland for dead tour. Someone bashed in the car window with a huge pole and took everything she owned except her dog food. It really blows when people like that have to ruin things for the rest of us. Nice to hear you had a great time at the gathering, though.

did you guys go up 101? if you did, tell me you stopped by the trees of mystery...the giant paul bunyon was fucking hilarious, we annoyed the hell out of the guy inside it.

Yeah, 101 is my fav!! I wouldnt go home any other way! Ah yes, the Trees of Mystery. One of my favorite stops. Bunyon is quite hilarious...did you have a chance to stop at the Gypsy Rose shop?? Its a tiny little shop but its so cute!! Its also someones home. I like to support the local economy...thats right...hehe...

So, I just got a call from the Arcata police like, a few days ago. I guess they busted a huge ring of thieves or whatever; I dont really know what youd call them. Anyway they found my boyfriends phone that was stolen and one of my camera lenses. But what use is just one camera lense without the camera. So, just an update.
