a favourite of mine Freshly sliced Mozarella (the white stuff, not the yellow stuff you get on pizzas) served on a bed of herb salad leaves with some sliced cherry tomatoes, drizzled with Balsamic vinegar (mixed with olive oil optional), dusted with a bit of freshly ground sea salt and pepper corns. mmmmmmmmmmmmm
