ive been having them recently. thoughts like is any of this real? what if this is all just an illusion. what if in reality im having my memory rewritten constantly so ive been thinking this is the real world when it really isnt. what if really all history really happened completely differently but someone keeps rewritting it constantly so what we think has happened, is always being changed and we dont notice it becuase we think it always happened this way. what if really im just some test specimen who is having false reality pushed onto me. kind of like the matrix. but what if im just imagining all the people that i know. what if im really in a mental institute and this is all just my imagination and im actually insane? damn these thoughts really fuck you over

Now, you have to figure out if I am really answering your post, or if I am someone you just imagined and I am answering you to ease you mind and have you believe you are real and not being controlled by some drugs in an asylumn.

ive always had thoughts like that since i was realy young, like maybe as you as 10 or so, but i donno. hopefully ill evetually get some answers. but it almost seems pointless and wasteful to search for an answer about life that your living or something like that but its better than anything else. im pretty sure im just rambling on but owell.
ok, a metaphor for something is EZ to understand. what about when a guy asks if the real thing the metaphor is representing is actually the metaphor for why we are thinking about the metaphor in the first place. i didnt even use any metaphors. <----besides that one XD
