No not really. There would be lines around the block at every coffeeshop. You can go and visit for up to 3 months in most cases, depending on where you are from. I don't know the land of small dragon, sorry. SP
Europe is of course where the modern age small dragons live, but that is not the case at the moment. Three months is enough, what I ment to explore, is the labor market and the ability for foreginer to get a job in Netherlands - the structure.
you have to get registration to reside for a lengthof time in nl .it is like welfare state number so you are liable for health care and taxes but you have to have an address to register at and most short term leases wont let you register at there address. bit of a vicous circle. you could try the black economy but thats not recommended, you have to know the right people and you will be exploited.
