grow lights

im heading down to the city and was planning on buying some grow lamps, just wondering anyone know what lights would be best for a small grow box about 3x3 im kinda worried about heat and i cant seem to find a fan that is soundless.
any ideas on a vent system would be nice too...and yes i know 3x3 is quite a small grow space but im freaked out to grow large amounts at this time due to legal issues so i am building stealth grow speakers and i want them to be like way inconspicuous...

 

You could try envirolites but I have a space your size and use a 400W HPS with a vented reflector. The air cooled reflector is the best thing I have purchased it really does sort your heat problems out. This is the one I have. Check the lights as well.
