yea, i don't like street fighting either. but there are some things i'll fight over with that being said, i haven't had to fight since my last fight in 9th grade. there have been times that i've come close and most likely would have been hurt really bad - i stood up for my sister after a bunch of kids threw snowballs at her, as soon as i said something, close to 30 people were up the park ready to fight and it was just me and her boyfriend at the time. but they stopped once they realized who i was - these kids were the younger siblings of the people i hung out with.
I had another fight in Job Corps. I was just chilling in the dorm lounge, minding my own business, and this dude tackled me from behind and threw me over the couch. He had me in a head lock for a few seconds, but I got out. Then he started walking away so I got up and threw him down on the couch and started pounding his face. I hit him about 6 or 7 times in the face while he was on his back on the couch with his hands and feet flying up in the air. He was trying to get up, but I kept hitting him. There about 12 people in the dorm watching, but they were all cool and I knew they wouldn't tell the staff like the other incident I posted about. Anyway, I finally let him get up and I walked away. I looked at him after he got up and his whole mouth was busted up and he had a knot on his eye. I looked at the dorm windows, which were right next to the couch on which I pounded his face, and there were about 6 or 7 people standing outside watching and laughing and shit. Neither of us got in trouble for that, because nobody told any of the staff. My nickname on campus was "The Champ" for a few weeks following the fight. The two of us were cool with each other a few days later and we ended up being pretty good friends.
