hey, yesterday i got pretty ripped for the first time in a month, and when me and my buddy were buying food, i realized something strange about canada's coins. we have a buck on our 25 cent piece. now, this may not seem wierd, but we call a dollar a buck! and yet there is an ACTUAL buck on the 25 cent piece! i know its dumb but it IS a stoned thought. the word 'buck' for a dollar probably comes from something completely different, but i still think its wierd that we actually have a buck on a coin and yet its not called a buck, whereas the dollar has a loon and its called a loonie (either for the loon or for the crazy queen on the other side ).
"dude, how much are those chocolate bars?" "4 bucks, man" "alright cool, i only got a dollar anyway" that would be sweet!! i wish we said "looney" the same way we said "buck" (it's 20 loonies? who would say that?) so that we could like just.... fuck, my thought ran out... im too fuckin high yeah
