Very cool site. Question for the poster: when did you start going barefoot? How did it come about?

Yep there are plenty of sites of barefooters showing off their feet and what I get up to. Of course they're mainly girls - which sort of twists the image of barefooting into a girly thing (that goes with the whole taking off stupid uncomfortable shoes when they hurt too much I suppose), and of course it's all propelled by the footfetish being commonly a male thing. It's always seemed to me that going barefoot looks great on girls, but weird for men. Still I shouldn't complain about the wealth of pretty barefoot girls out there!

 

That's one thing that bugs me. The reaction I often seem to get is, if you're a woman going barefoot, it's ok and even sexy (no argument there), but if you're a man going barefoot, you're a dirty bum. Why is that?

 

And of course, male OR female, some people have prettier feet than others, but myself I prefer the sight of any bare feet to feet in shoes, if it's a girl with pretty bare feet then that's especially appealing, and in the case of my own feet I feel good when i'm barefoot - I like my own look that way, even though it's not a turn on for me, and I know that I'm in a minority of people who find bare feet sexy.

 

going barefeet is all about where you live and whether your feet can handle it


in a music store that l go to alot you can sometimes catch the guys in it walking around barefoot, which makes me laugh, cause even if i just walk across the drive to throw out the garbage my dads tells me to put shoes on which makes me laugh even more, though i must say, cute girl

All of us in the western world have been indoctrinated with the idea that when you go outside you put shoes on. The barefooters among us are the ones that both a) aren't happy with it and b) have thought about it enough to question it.


So if you like wearing shoes then you will wear shoes and not understand why people go barefoot outside. And even if you're not particularly keen on wearing shoes but have been brought up to believe they're absolutely essential then you will find it a bit of a shock to see people who don't always bother with them.
