It's better than most of the other lyrics out today, but I've read (hell, I've written) better. The forced rhyming makes it boring at times, as does the continually dark and dreary imagery. But it's not bad. Just...not great.
Yeah, I'm gonna disagree with you on this one, just because they are my fav band. But also because I;ve heard the music. The way he sings these lyrics makes up for any small imperfections you may find in them merely by reading.
