Who's with me? I like people who are natural with their body hair, who don't shave their armpits, who don't shave their legs or bikini lines, etc. I love the earthy, mature look. I like snail trails, and hair peeking out of shorts and swimwuits. (Of course, I totally support everyone's right to appear as they wish! There are all sorts of ways to be attractive.)

Well said. It is corporate beauty industry that attempts to convince women mostly, and men to some extent that to look natural is unattractive.

    Be peaceful and bare all!

    I am with you completely!

There are so many benefits to letting one's hair grow naturally.

I admire women who do not shave their pits, legs, or crotches. Yes, I do find it to be mature and attractive, but I admire their choice to live naturally.

A woman that chooses not to shave:

Accepts her body's natural look and appearance.
Enjoys freedom and liberation from society's expectations.
Frees up time to spend on more important things.
Reduces the amount of toxins put on her skin.
Conserves resouces used in producing, shipping, and packaging shaving supplies.
    Saves money.
Reduces pollution from toxins being added to waste water.
May use less water in the shower.
Has sexy hair that looks mature, reduces friction, and holds potent pheromones!

As a man, I decided that I should take some of my own advice and stop shaving. I'm enjoying the freedom of having a beard now along with all of the other benefits.

Loveturtle-you've read my mind- my feelings exactly. Sadly few women feel comfortable with their natural body these days.

Hurray! I love my hair. Like Boogabaah said, it's there for a reason. I won't be the one to butcher poor defenseless hairs ... :( Poor things, so unwanted these days. One of my mother's doctors -- a doctor! Not cosmetics even -- told her that he could fix her "ape arms" ... I thought that was absolutely appalling. I waxed my legs once and it made me sad.

Strange that, when I used to see a woman who had had hairy legs + I then saw one day they were then shaved, I felt a little sad about that. If only more women would eschew the razor/wax strips.

Yes, if only more women saw the light in being all natural about body hair.

Hmm apparently im in the minority here, I love to shave/ wax, purely because the feeling of sheets or other people brushing against naked skin is pure bliss! On the other hand I have no objection to body hair, just look at katie jane garside (queen adreena's singer) shes a beautiful, strong woman who just happens not to shave...shes gorgeous and so are all you other unshaven ladies!

Hey, free choice! Whatever makes you happy. I think that hair increases sensation, but everyone is different. There's nothing wrong with shaving, just like there's nothing wrong with not shaving.

I stopped shaving my legs about a month ago. And I see no need to shave them now. Except the funny thing is, I tried out some wax before all of this in one spot, and now I've got one patch of baldness on my leg haha

I love body hair! I dont want to part with it or my dreads! They are a part of me and I like feeling natural. Plus, I don't like the shaving industry telling women that no hair = beauty. It's bullshit. Women can be beautiful with body hair.

    peace and love

I do also get upset with "beauty standards" that are pushed here in America and in similiar nations. Yes, thankfully women can choose to shave if they'd like to, even though I like them hairy. My zeal against modern societies expectations makes me want to push the no shaving trend even farther to fly in the face of narow minded people. Ther hair was there first, then came razors later on.
