Well my Sprint contract is up next month and I haven't been the happiest with their service for the past 2 years. So I'm looking into new service providers and was wondering if anyone here could give me advice as to per your experience with various companies. I'm looking to spend about $70-80 or less a month. Include things like reliability, customer service, and bill paying methods. I like the features on the Ampd and Helio phones, anyone have them? All advice is welcomed.
i have cingular and they seem work alright, i also heard that cingular has the most towers then any other provider,,,also they have a websight and you can pay your bill right on line,,,,i know one month i text messaged too much and they called to see if i wanted to increase my plan for text mesaging which i didnt want to,,,but i thought that was pretty good customer service.
I have saved so much money since getting off service and using a trac phone. Not what you're asking, I know.
