I really loved these books, it was a new type of writing style for Koontz. I thought he had matured in his writing. It is always great to see a writer grow artistically. Anyway, I was wondering, does anyone buy into the book's theory of how some people can see the dead? I would also like to hear what anyone has to say about the books.

    Thanks.

I have read them all. I have really enjoyed the evolution of Koontz as a writer. I've tried re-reading some of his older books and find myself quickly bored. His more recent dabbling in the divine and occult that encroaches on spirituality and quantam theory is refreshing and invigorating, IMnsHO.

I have mixed feelings/opinions about whether I think people can literally see the dead. I'm more inclined to believe that some people can instead sense the dead.
