I think non-users would have much quicker reactions....and would have food in the house that they can cook!! And probably tidy minds...err, can`t think...stoned.x
drugs are bad.. thats really all they think.. kinda like the snl skit where the people are liek "da bears, da bulls..." non users just think "drugs are bad, drugs are bad, .... "
IMHO users get way more out of life then, whoever the true supreme being really is, planned on. i think users are a lot more fun to be around because they are constantly understanding everything you go through.
im guessin there festivals?, wot are they and where are they? where abouts do you live, do you know driffield , if u do you you can be the 2nd person i know on the forums that knows driffield.
what does IMHO stand for? and wot did u meen by "because they are constantly understanding everything you go through".
I'm pretty sure the Suprem Being intended it that way, if it intends anything at all. Hoffman believed God inspired him to make LSD. All manner of plants and fungus seem to have chemicals which synergise with the brain like they were made for it. (On that note, would human brainjuice get a plant high?) Non-users usually can't understand. They can think they do, but its like that Sufi thing about hearing of the candle, seeing it, and being burned. Non-users aint been burned. Usually cause of anti-drug propaganda.
Non-users have chosen not to use. Users have chosen to use. User/non is not a very important distintion between people. People who accept those who make different choices vs. folk who "stick with their own kind" is a more valid division of the human race and how people think. (BTW, IMHO= "in my humble opinion")
What technically differentiates between the two is the choice to use or not, obviously. Some non-users have been brainwashed/misinformed or don't listen to the truth, some are informed but just choose not to use because it's not for them, some may have tried but didnt like it much, some are ignorant/bigots with an agenda. Some users are basically wild and would do almost any drug given the oportunity, some understand that little harm is done by using and enjoying the plant, some may have just been exposed to it at some point and continue to use because it's a part of life. Sure, I'm missing a whole lot, but there you have it. Everyone is different, though. I'd say that anyone choosing not to try psychedelics is missing out on a great experience.
If your a user, you can say youve been through alot. Fucked up late night, fights etc. The user has been through way more shit than the non user.
Not really, how many stoners cant say they havent had a crazy ass night involving getting fucked up? Now ask the non user who goes to bed at 10pm..
i've had alot of weird weird shit happen to me, but not like fights and stuff like that.. my stuff is kinda like i wake up the next morning, and as im having breakfast i think, "man last night was weird" and i go on with my day and then the same thing happens the next morning
No, that's not true, I have alot of friends that don't do anythnig(some of them drink though I guess) but they've done some crazy and weird stuff.
Some non users have bronchitis. There is a really hot girl that sat behing me in a class, we talked alot, this year Im going to get her stoned using a vaporizor/cooked goods. She tried weed once, and liked it, accept it troubled her bronchitis. Now that I know of other methods I will make my move. Nobody else has thought of it
the only time I heared someone say about real mental differance between a user and a non user was when I was sent to 1 of these 12 stepps jails where they fucked my brains with BARKINSON an psichosis pills, then swiched into some worse quality pills. most of the available reaserches now says MJ could only be a helper among many other factors for a mental disorder, yet no one can confirm any real relation between MJ and any mental, personality, lifestyle ... just get a life and every thing would be alright http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Health_issues_and_the_effects_of_cannabis
I used to think marijuana opened people's minds. But life experience has led me to believe otherwise. Because I'm seen the worst kind of behavior by people who were high. Like a friend of mine, an avid toker, who believes the war in Iraq is a good idea. I believe that, depending on what you to do and your IQ. If you're a rock musician for instance you will be exposed to pot frequently, which you might not if your idea of fun is monster truck rally's of wrestling. I don't believe being a pot smoker helps you play guitar better. Einstein: probably not a pot smoker Pauly Shore: probably a pot smoker Mozart: probably not The kid next door who got a drum set for his birthday: yep Edison: probably not People who create computer virusus: some undoubtably do. And don't forget, people like rush limbaugh and bush jr. smoke pot (or at least used to). I believe marijuana can encourage but not create cetain things. If you have the IQ of a refrigerator light bulb, I don't think smoking pot is help you create something like Beethoven's 5th (althlough you may still have a future in the County and Western field). A lot of people try a lot of different intoxicating substances. A person who's already melow and creative would probably enjoy pot more than someone who isn't and who's idea of fun is fist-fights in bars. That doesn't mean pot makes you mellow and creative if you're not already. And if you get the barroom brawl guy to smoke a j that doesn't mean he still won't enjoy dunken melee's.
