Anxiety!

    any time i take a break from smoking, most recently it was 3 days, i get horrrrrible anxiety the first time i smoke again. it's just really overwhelming, regardless of how much i smoke or how high i get, it takes me a good 15 minutes to calm myself down. anyone else experience this????! and how do i make it stop?

    hmm... maybe smoke half of your sesh first then take like a 5 minute break and smoke the rest.. maybe it'll stop you from coming up so fast.

    Just don't rush your smoking. It'll help with a slower come up

    You probably have it every time, but when you are smoking regularly the onset isn't as noticeable. What are the surrounding situations when it happens. chillin at home? at a buddy's house. Maybe is is situational.

    yeah as high yields said it probably has to do with the surrounding. You need to understand what are you afraid of? If you're smoking in the street, is it possible that you are afraid of getting busted, so you react this way? or maybe if you smoke at home, it could be that you are afraid to get caught.
    If you think the anxiety has no specific reason than probably it's just your mind fucking with you (paranoia). If so, just try to keep in mind that no one has ever died from weed and there's nothing to worry about. Hope this helps

    actually, they probably dont have it all the time, but get it when they start smoking, as they said. its a common occurance. its sorta like, you always have the feeling of something that would make you anxious when stoned, its just that when you smoke for teh first time in a period, these things are sort of out of the blue and the shock/unexpectancy factor (of the brain in the moment, not of your ability to predict taht youre gonna be anxious) makes the emotion come out

    Shit. If you want medical help go to a fucking doctor. Everyone is different, what works for someone else might put you in a coma.

    Oh, and in answer to your question, quit smoking.

    Yeah I'm good now. It always happens after I take a break. It's just annoying more than anything but after a couple of days of smoking it just disappears

    it happens to me some times. just take it easy the first time back

    oh, and what helps me is i have a beer or two before starting back up. not much, just enough to calm me down
