I might add more to this piece later, but this is the poem as of now Ambulance It screamed down the blurring column of traffic, Leaving a trail of tattered decibels behind. Pulling around the bend, it commands respect, Its’ capsized banner a proclamation of urgency. The scene is stained with lost destiny and mangled dreams. But nothing will faze the sterile savior, It is intimate with pain. A mechanized Valkyrie, it ferries a different type of warrior. The mundane warrior, who floats to a sedated paradise.
