I might add more to this piece later, but this is the poem as of now

    Ambulance

It screamed down the blurring column of traffic,

Leaving a trail of tattered decibels behind.

Pulling around the bend, it commands respect,

Its’ capsized banner a proclamation of urgency.

The scene is stained with lost destiny and mangled dreams.

But nothing will faze the sterile savior,

    It is intimate with pain.

A mechanized Valkyrie, it ferries a different type of warrior.

The mundane warrior, who floats to a sedated paradise.

I like your use of imagery in this poem, the image of the warrior. I'ld like to hear more!

    Peace and love
