I want to make a spray for my sweeties dreadies with this natural hawaiian salt I have (I assume it's sea salt) water and lemon juice.

I'm wondering if I had to boil it together or just mix. The salt is big and I'm not sure it'll just mix on it's own. Does anyone make any special recipe's and is there any special preparation to take? also maybe add alittle pa-troli oil for sweet earthy smell?

Hell yeah on the patchouli, mama! I'd just put it all together, and shake/mix well. I'm sure that would work....

I had the same noobie problem. I was told to mix 500ml of water with 2 tablespoons of salt and one juice of a lemon.

Well I put 500ml of water in a pot and boiled it, added in 2 tablespoons of water, then the juice of one lemon BUT it made my hair feel realy gross and gritty.

So now I put 500ml of water and one tablespoon of salt and juice of one lemon, Boil it while mixing, until it's clear and no salt left solid bottle it and put it in the fridge, then spray =)

(The lemon is a natural conditioner that wont make your locks loose)
