Anyone have a list of places weed is highly tolerated with the people living there in the US only. Ive heard san fransico, I have never been there though. Anyone know?
humbolt county is an awsome place to smoke...you can even have a few plants legally from what i understand.
I know Ann Arbor, Michigan (home of University of Michigan, and the annual "Hash Bash") is lenient as hell. My friend goes there, and complains about how liberal everyone is there (he's quite conservative). I think it's like a 15 dollar fine, if the cop even bothers to do anything. I could be wrong on the fine, but I know it's lenient there. The rest of Michigan is pretty average, which is to say, get caught and you're fucked.
Northern California is easily the weed capital of America. They are mad lax about it out there. San Fransisco is pretty lax but travel a good maybe 2 or 3 hours to the north and it is the closest you get to legal. Up there in the town of Mendicino (I think that spelling is right) I hear that it isn't uncommon for people to light up on the street, of course I live in NY and see plenty of that. Anyway, when I was in Mendicino this summer, I was only there for a few hours, I didn't see anyone blazing up on the street but there were mad head shops, none of which that I went into carded me for anything I bought (mostly just papers). But putting that shit aside, it is so easy to get your medical card to grow legal in California that weed is basically legal. Most of the weed for medical use in California is grow in up in Northern Cali. One of my friends out there just got their grow card, and most of their friends have one aswell. Virtually anyone can get a medical card,, whether you actually need it or not. Alright geuss that's about all I got, peace.
