Unless your faking its an involuntary responce to the nerves in your body being sensitized. Some girls have different reactions than screaming i.e moaning, shaking, scratching or there are those lucky woman who have all the above ... there the girls your mother warned you about and you have to have just to prove mother wrong!

Maybe that's why you're having so much bad sex.
You shoudn't tell those guy's it's good if it isn't. That doesn't give them any incentive to improve what they're doing.

 

On the other hand, I think telling a guy point blank, "You're crap in bed" is such an ego-crusher so if you care for him you'll want to be a little more tactful.
