Me neither... I ate over 100 pounds of moose this summer. And just under 70 pounds of Halibut. I love free dead animal.
To be fair, actually, that was me and my roommate. But we still ate a lot. I couldn't imagine being a vegetarian, either.
meh, i just dont like the taste of meet. the smell makes me sick, too... but i do have a lack of protein.
i dunno man. i cant be a vegetarian... i find it insulting to animals in a very strange way... they eat living things to survive themselves. hek everything in this universe comes from life, living, bursts of atoms and energy. i eat some of this life just so it comes in to me. its still there. and most vegetarians i know, decided so because of their strange love to animals, and how it is sick to eat them... yes, it might be... but its not helping, some one else will eat it, the vegetarian will probably unconsciously destroy animal lives without knowing by building a new house on a property with lots of racoons and foxes where they will have to change domains and maybe die. the fact of not eating meat proves nothing in my opinion. id like to see how weird it wouldve been if adam and eve or the first primates were vegetarian. we prolly wouldnt be here, or other animals wouldve gotten us extinct lol. woot... another vegetarianism battle besides, chicken is just too gooooood. some one who says he dont like chicken is lying... chicken is like the universal food, you cant hate chicken, especially chicken filets and wings and stuff... but i do hate lots of red meat in all honesty. and i rarely eat meat anyways. but chicken is hotstuff EDIT: dang, i really gotta go eat some chicken now. i am saliving
noooooooooooooooooo.... i dont like fish, now THATS smelly. buuuut i do eat salmon, thats all. i hate shrimps and all other sea foods and fishes except for salmon. and deer, never ate that. i just pretty much eat chicken, rarely pork, and sometimes veal. ummmmm. the price id pay for a good barbecued salmon right now
I don't eat lotsa meat actually But i don't think i could be a vegan or a raw-eater ... Me and milk products get along too well
I was vegan for 3 days ... never again. I learned that 80 percent of everything we eat has some kind of dairy product in it. I'll always be vegetarian though.
Having a omni hubby makes it diffucult enough to eat an animal friendly diet... but as much as i wish i could go the extra mile and go full out vegan...he's already concerned enough abut me getting all my nutrients no matter how much research I do... the only thing I put in my body now that is not vegetarian are my medications which i know full well are produced by companies that use animal testing and/or ingredients...unfortunatly I need to be on these meds to survive and if there was an animal friendly alternative i would jump on it in a heartbeat... I even looked into treating it holistically, but there hasnt been alot of success treating my disorder down that route..so I'm backed into a corner that compromises my beliefs.... stupid short sighted medical system!!
my goal is to actually become a vegan but sometimes i feel like it will be hard giving up dairy oh and especially real cheese...i loooove cheese
yeah, i agree with you guys... i was vegan for like 2 months or something... but it wasnt really a good thing for me... i was passing out and had a low blood pressure all the time... and also lack of protein, iron and some minerals. :/ so i drink yogurt every day now. and i eat cheese sometimes... but i dont eat eggs.
