i moved into a three bedroom house in modesto on the first of the month, and immediately started looking for room mates. the first girl who came to see it loved it, and we made plans for her to move in. she called to confirm the morning of move in day, and then sent me an email a few hours later informing me she was pregnant, and was going to instead be getting a place with her boyfriend. two weeks later a different girl was going to move in. she was currently living with her boyfriend and his best friend and they were driving her crazy, so she needed to get out on her own. then she found out that she was pregnant, and so her boyfriend got out of his lease and they moved into her mom's house. i got a guy room mate last week, and i warned his girlfriend about what had been happening to all of the girls who entered the house. she said not to joke about that. today they informed me she's pregnant. this is 3 for 3 so far, and i am starting to really believe something weird is going on. what do you all think? is my house cursed, or is this just a massive coincidence? how many girls need to get pregnant before it's a curse? <and since i still need another room mate, should i make a post on craigslist advertising that my house has this quality? or... do any of you live in modesto and need a room?>
