Hmmm symptom of alcoholism. Can you get help? People do some pretty weird and sometimes dangerous things on blackouts. Also, may times when you start blacking out your tolerance for alcohol starts reducing, so you will black out on less than used to get you drunk. NOT a good place to be.

Yeah i know im an alcoholic and it runs in my family. Im trying my best to at least cut down the number of times a week i get drunk. It works sometimes. once i quit for 2 months. Its not that great, but it was my only attempt in 3 years of drinking to quit.

Well, good luck to you. Have you tried some group help? Maybe some 12 step programs, they aren't for everyone, but a LOT of people get help from them.

Alcoholism is a terrible burden. It IS a disease, and needs to be treated. I hope you can get some releif and help.

    My prayers are with you.....

    Blessings.

I know a guy who woke up in prison out of a blackout. He was driving from OH to FL and decided to hit a drive-thru on the way. Got so drunk that he drove right through a hedge. Unfortunately there was a woman on the other side of the hedge who he hit and killed. He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter.
I haven't seen him lately, but I guess he's out now. He did a little over five years, but I bet that shit's gonna haunt his ass forever.

I agree with Maggie. There is help if you want it.

heavy drinkers should definitely take thiamin (vitamin B1) supplements...
it won't stop the buzz, but it will help with the hangovers (much of the heangover effects are from a buildup of the ethanol metabolite "acetaldehyde"; the liver turnover rate can be boosted by popping 100 mg thiamine every couple hours while drinking & before you crash out for the night...)
(pearson & shaw have a special blend of nutrient supplements for making drinking booze "safer" - check out their big book _life extension_ for plenty info)

shit, you sure you didnt take anything else? I'm pretty sure 6 beers wouldnt be enough to do that to you and if it is then maybe you shouldn't drink.
