hi im am first tim grower and i have one plant. I made the mistake of using mirical grow soil, which worked out fine. but now i think the food in the soil has been used up because the plant is showing classic signs of nute diffitioncy (sorry about spelling) so i added nutes to the water but im afraid that i might over feed it does anyone have any advice? ( i'll try and get pics)

Flush soil with a ratio of 5-10 water to container .

Flush a deficiency MeanGreen? You think he overferted then? I doubt that unless he has been feeding. Feeding soils have only enough nutes for the first 2 weeks or so and then a nice pot plant needs a bit more.

Based on the little info we have it sounds like the plant is still young and that the soil is not built up with salts or in need of a flush. A flush would only exacerbate a nitroger deficiency at this point.

My advice is to use a half strength grow fert if it needs feeding and is still a young plant. Perhaps you could give more info so that we could give a better and more definative answer. BOG
