Trying to find Someone in London

Does anyone has access to get the London Police Force Email?​

I have a dear friend that was on the police force and I am not able to locate him. He is one of my closest friends and somehoe we lost contact.​

I have his name & old email address and I know last we spoke he was on the London Police Force. ​
